About our text messages
We send two kinds of text message, and only to people who have asked for them: a code when you sign in, and — if you join a group — reminders about your group’s meetings and monthly assignments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. You can also email us and we will remove your number. We never sell or share your phone number.
