These terms govern your use of the Soul Care Academy platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or mobile phone. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address or phone number secure.
• One account is for one person. Don’t share your account or use someone else’s.
• You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Disrupt, probe, or overload the service.
• Redistribute or resell platform content without written permission.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

Text messages

By providing your mobile number you consent to receive account and service texts from Soul Care Academy, including one-time sign-in codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases and subscriptions

• Prices are shown at checkout. One-time purchases grant access for the stated period. Subscriptions renew until you cancel.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

Content and conduct

Responses, journals, and assessment answers you submit remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them to operate the features you use. Some products involve sharing limited information with a person you invite (such as an advocate or a spouse); those sharing rules are described within each product.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer

Soul Care Academy provides educational and discipleship resources. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.
